Laurence C. Kress uses his litigation expertise in providing vigorous, dedicated and compassionate representation to clients involved in complex and sensitive matters.  His advocacy skills and unwavering commitment to providing top-notch representation to every client has resulted in hundreds of favorable outcomes in all stages of court proceedings.

Mr. Kress graduated from the Arizona State University College of Law in 1997.  He initially practiced as an associate with a firm located in Phoenix, Arizona, where he concentrated on medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation.  He worked on several cases resulting in multi-million dollar damages.  Mr. Kress then spent five years as a Deputy Legal Defender in the Navajo County Legal Defender's Office in Holbrook, Arizona, where he represented hundreds of clients in cases ranging from DUI's to homicide.  Prior to joinging Boyle, Neblett & Wenger, Mr. Kress was in private practive concentrating on the defense of major criminal felony cases.

Mr. Kress has tried over 30 jury trials.  He has also achieved outstanding results in many cases through aggressive investigation, pre-trial litigation and negotiations.  His expertise in the law of search and seizure has resulted in numerous dismissals of drug-related charges. 

Mr. Kress is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Lawyers.  Mr. Kress also brings his passion and expertise to the firm's practice representing people who have suffered violations of their civil rights and injuries as a result of negligence and other wrongful conduct.

When Mr. Kress is not practicing law, he enjoys fishing, hiking and spending time with his wife and two children.
