Randall L. Wenger specializes in public policy and constitutional litigation and also practices in other areas such as personal injury. He has been involved in litigation involving the free exercise of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, the definition of marriage, gambling, community decency, and the rights of Christians. Mr. Wenger has tried numerous civil rights cases in federal district and appellate courts throughout the country, achieving significant victories against cities, school districts and municipalities that have discriminated against Christians.  He has also represented individuals in medical malpractice, personal injury and other civil litigation.  Much of his work has been done in conjunction with the Alliance Defense Fund.

Mr. Wenger grew up in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He studied international business at Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania and graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Chicago. Following graduation, he worked in the strategy wing of Coopers & Lybrand's management consulting division assisting fortune 500 companies in resolving management and organizational issues. Mr. Wenger graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Upon graduation, Mr. Wenger served as  staff attorney for the Honorable James R. Cavanaugh of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Wenger is married and has five children.
